Marrow is actually pretty tasty, if you cook it well. I am a nighttime nursing home cook. I would like to leave a marker; not necessarily a whole legacy (they say men want legacies since they cannot give birth). I have never been much of a grabber...it seems so Genesisy. I would like to know my life is not entirely worthless.
