You call this a hamburger?
Who doesn't love a good story of rage gone wild in McDonald's? A local McD restaurant was trashed by a woman who was upset that they wouldn't refund her for her incorrect order (they offered to replace it instead). Luckily for us, and the police, the whole thing was caught on surveillance camera.

No refund? This is crazy! McD should be more rational. Just give her the money back and let her steam in her irrationality. I recall when my daughter worked at McDonald order windwow or money window she said she was trained to never argue with crazies, acknowledge their view point, offer to get another order or recook something and if all failed offer to give money back and also some "consolation coupons". Actually, at another McD in Florida a couple of years ago we got coupons for like $15 or more for a screwed up order. No hard feelings or antything on our part - it was the busiest McDonalds in the world I think in Orlando - they had 3 or 4 drivethroughs and the inside was huge too.
Wow - there's some rage. I thought they only F'd you at the drive-through. Joe Pesci's got nothing on her.
However, I'd like to think the poster on your Examiner page is right, and that she's from one of the mental health clinics in the area.
